1000% Worth It!
Brian B.
This was 1000% worth it. We did the half-day wildlife tour with Yellowstone Wildlife Profiles and they were absolutely amazing. We learned so much from our guide and we saw every animal in the park pretty much within the half day tour. I highly recommend this company as it was the best part of our trip. We would have probably seen 10% of what we saw without Josh. Contact Yellowstone Wildlife Profiles and they will arrange having an unforgettable day in the park and get a history lesson between stops.
Wonderful to be with someone who knew Yellowstone so well
Ariella
We went on an evening wildlife tour with Angela and it was great! She was personable and asked what animals we might want to see. We gave her a few and she really came thru - we saw big-horned sheep, mountain goats (very far away), bison, bears (with and without cubs), a few different birds, and maaaaybe a wolf. Overall it was wonderful to be with someone who knew Yellowstone so well; we never would have known how to find some of these animals (much less had the equipment to see them!) without her expertise.
Best tour guide we have ever had
Brittany S.
Had the experience of a lifetime on the Yellowstone Wolves and Wildlife private tour with Cooper as our tour guide. If you are considering, book it! Worth every penny plus some! The wildlife guides have knowledge of recent spottings and patterns of wildlife that you are unable to tap into as a regular tourist. Because the company drives, it eases the stress of parking when there is something interesting to watch. The provided binoculars are fantastic, and Cooper quickly set up multiple high powered scopes for wildlife viewing that we would never have been capable of doing just renting scopes on our own. They even had a phone mount to take photos through the scope. Our family was open to seeing anything interesting, and Cooper tailored our trip as he saw what we were excited by. In late May, we had the joy to watch: wolves, a badger, grizzlies, eagles, osprey, pronghorn, and so much more. We have not stopped talking about how wonderful the experience was and that Cooper was the best tour guide we have ever had. His knowledge was deep, and his ability to share Yellowstone with us felt like we were being let in on its secrets. Go with an open mind of the wildlife you will see, and Yellowstone Wilderness Profiles will not disappoint you.

Wildlife Code of Ethics

We believe in a strict code of ethics. The animals of Yellowstone face enormous pressure from the sheer number of visitors coming every day to observe them. The park has set forth certain rules that we will adhere to. Mainly, we must not disturb wildlife and we should maintain a good distance to ensure that the animals can carry on with their day-to-day lives and that we stay safe. The current rules include 100 yards from bears, wolves, and cougars (mountain lions) and at least 25 yards from everything else. We appreciate your understanding and so will the animals.
