Thoroughly Enjoyed our Three Days
Stephanie R.
Brilliant is an understatement. We spent 4 nights in Yellowstone and had 3 guided tour days with Carolyn. We had 3 completely different days. The 1st day was all about thermal activities in the park (geyser, mud pots, hot springs), the second day I would call natural wonders of Yellowstone like the Canyon, waterfalls and lake Yellowstone and the third day was all about wildlife. We had one spotting scope per person and one Carolyn constantly set up for new sights. We covered a good part of the park, but of course taking Yellowstone's size into account, you never cover all. The tour exceeded by far our expectations. Carolyn is so knowledgeable, well prepared and seemed to know exactly what we would like to do. We have seen far more than I could have imagined. During the driving she told us stories and gave us more information. I can only say: if you want to see Yellowstone and get the most out of it, there is only one guide in our eyes. Carolyn is the best and a very nice person. We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 days with her.
My highest recommendation for anyone planning to go to Yellowstone

My husband and I booked five days with Josh Welter. Money so well spent. It's hard to find words to express what the days in the field meant. So many incredible things were seen, but more importantly, so many things were learned about what we were seeing. My highest recommendation for anyone planning to go to Yellowstone is to obtain a guide from Yellowstone Wildlife Profiles. You won't be disappointed.
Highly Recommend Yellowstone Wildlife Profiles

My family booked three private tour days with Yellowstone Wildlife Profiles. We stayed 5 nights in the Park at 3 different locations. Brad did an amazing job designing a customized plan for each tour day based on the area of the park we were staying in at that time and what we hoped to do or see on the tour. We could not have been more impressed with our guide, Josh. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and did a great job engaging our whole family including teen boys. Our tour days were full of animals, experiences, and unique sights including bear, a wolf, and an old growth forest. Josh is a very experienced and high-level interpretive guide. Both Brad and Josh were complete professionals at all times. We traveled around the park in Yellowstone Wildlife Profile's SUV which was roomy and comfortable. They provided quality binoculars and scopes for each of us to use as much as we wanted. We highly recommend Yellowstone Wildlife Profiles for any individuals or families traveling to the Yellowstone area looking for a customized, private tour.
Best of the Best

Josh was our guide for five days. We have been with guides in parks all over the world; he stands out as the best of the best. Pleasant to be with, always on time, and extraordinarily knowledgeable, he is a born teacher with an uncanny knack for spotting wildlife and birds as well as explaining in simple terms how the ecology and geology work. He showed us spots of breathtaking beauty and majesty that almost no one sees and told us about the science as to how they came to be.

Wildlife Code of Ethics

We believe in a strict code of ethics. The animals of Yellowstone face enormous pressure from the sheer number of visitors coming every day to observe them. The park has set forth certain rules that we will adhere to. Mainly, we must not disturb wildlife and we should maintain a good distance to ensure that the animals can carry on with their day-to-day lives and that we stay safe. The current rules include 100 yards from bears, wolves, and cougars (mountain lions) and at least 25 yards from everything else. We appreciate your understanding and so will the animals.
